 Description:  Section 1511.1 of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 820ILCS 405/1511.1, provides that the Employment Security Advisory Board shall hold public hearings on the state's progress toward meeting the projections made in accordance with the unemployment insurance solvency legislation that was enacted in Illinois in 2003. The Board is also required to consider issues related to benefit eligibility, benefit levels, employer contributions and future Trust Fund solvency goals. Section 1511.1 also requires the Board to approve and report findings from the hearing to the Illinois General Assembly by April 1, 2007.
